missingWrote a review on Jan 19great varietyfriendly staff
Had a great experience at the pool and the buffet restaurants the variety was awesome my friend even got her meals tailored since she's lactose intolerant. We made lasting connections with the animation team they really went out of their way to include us in activities and made the vacation unforgettable.
It wasn’t inexpensive but it was still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Dec 12beautiful gardensrefreshing poolseasy accesspoor room
The grounds look well-kept with beautiful gardens, creating a nice atmosphere with vibrant colors. The pools offer a refreshing escape, and the location provides easy access to both the beach and nearby attractions.
Unfortunately, the room quality leaves a lot to be desired, with older furnishings and cleanliness issues becoming apparent. Issues like the lack of hot water at times and availability of basic amenities like coffee makers and sufficient towels can be frustrating for travelers looking for comfort. The dining options are uninspired, with repetitive buffet offerings that may wear thin after a couple of days. Walking distance to bars might be a hassle when you're looking for a quick drink, especially with the often unreliable bar hours, which disappointingly vary throughout the day.

The room was decent but could use some major cleaning. The bathroom had some plumbing issues, and during my stay, it felt out of order. The floors weren't the best either. I did like the furniture and the view from the window, though, as it made up for a lot. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience for the time spent, but a bit more attention to cleanliness would have gone a long way.

The newly renovated rooms impressed me during my visit. The facilities included new bathrooms and furniture, which made for a comfortable stay. The beach area was beautiful, and I enjoyed the fantastic dining options available.
One room had plumbing issues, and staff response was slow. I found the beach inaccessible during my stay, which was disappointing for a beachfront property.

The entertainment program was a highlight, especially the shows. We also ventured out on an excursion to the breathtaking Waterfalls of Damajagua. The pools and easy access to the beach made our stay super enjoyable. Just a heads up, there were times when the noise from other guests could get a bit loud. Overall, a fantastic vacation.
The check-in area was a bit cramped since renovations were happening, but it didn’t disrupt our stay too much. Also, we had issues with our first room, but the staff was helpful in sorting it out after a couple of switches.

The pool and beachfront were lovely, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The buffet food, particularly the croissants, was quite enjoyable. However, the room felt outdated and poorly maintained, with linens that seemed old and unclean. The service was inconsistent, leaving a lot to be desired for a comfortable stay.

Pleasant Stay with Exciting Nightlife
I enjoyed my stay with friendly staff and engaging nightly shows. The pools were lively, especially during weekend parties, but be warned about the early closures. For an authentic experience, visit nearby Sosua. many great restaurants await. Don't forget your insulated cup for drinks!

More accessible dining options for seniors would be beneficial.
